During this adults-only open mat, people can drill or train as they please instead of following a formal lesson. Participants are welcome to bring their gis, but people predominantly train nogi during open mats.
Visitors from all schools are welcome for free; the waiver can be signed in advance to facilitate check-in via our Visitor Sign-Up Form.
