BJJ - KIDS (3-8 years)
Friday, August 21 · 4:15pm - 5:00pm

In our Kids Jiu Jitsu class, young practitioners build character and discipline while learning essential BJJ techniques. Students learn a variety of takedowns, methods to control their partner, submissions, and escapes. As with our adult BJJ program, the Kids Jiu Jitsu class does not involve striking (e.g. punching & striking).

The class emphasizes the importance of anti-bullying and self-confidence, teaching children how to defend themselves with respect and control. Focused on fundamental techniques, the class also helps kids understand body movements and develop proprioception, laying a strong foundation for both physical and personal growth.
